Season 2 FINALE Episode 22 "New York" - New Directions heads to New York to compete in Nationals and enjoy the home of Broadway. Stage icon Patti LuPone guest stars as herself. And Sunshine Corazon returns as the competition, singing for Vocal Adrenaline.
Season 2 Episode 21 "Funeral" - New Directions continues to strategize their set list for Nationals with a little help from Jesse St. James. Meanwhile, an unexpected loss of one of McKinley’s own will damage many hearts.
Season 2 Episode 20 "Prom Queen" - When the entertainment for prom falls through, Principal Figgins asks New Directions to perform at the dance - much to prom coordinator Sue's dismay. Things get heated as the competition for prom king and queen draws closer.
Season 2 Episode 19 "Rumours" - Sue begins to spread rumors throughout McKinley High by reviving the school newspaper. Meanwhile, April returns to invite Will on a road trip.
Season 2 Episode 18 "Born This Way" - McKinley High glee club members Lauren Zizes and Quinn Fabray compete for prom queen and former member Kurt Hummel returns to the school. Club co-captain Rachel Berry considers having rhinoplasty and her friend Puck helps her with a “Barbravention”. Meanwhile, glee club director Will Schuester teaches the group about self-acceptance and helps guidance counselor Emma Pillsbury deal with her obsessive–compulsive habits by taking her to see a therapist.
Season 2 Episode 17 "A Night of Neglect" - Fresh off their Regionals’ victory the Glee club focuses on their next challenge: winning Nationals. Meanwhile Sue gathers a team to destroy New Directions which involves Vocal Adrenaline.
Season 2 Episode 16 "Original Song" - With Sue Sylvester coaching Aural Intensity, Blaine and the Warblers dynamic set list and tough judges Tammy Jean Albertson (guest star Griffin) and Sister Mary Constance (guest star Devine), the kids of New Directions decide the only way to win Regionals is to write and perform their own original songs. Meanwhile, Quinn is hell-bent on getting Finn back and ruling McKinley once again.
Season 2 Episode 15 "Sexy" - When free-spirited substitute teacher Holly Holliday fills in for the absent sex-education teacher, she joins forces with Mr. Schuester to teach the kids of New Directions the facts of life. Meanwhile, Emma heads up the Celibacy Club, and she and Dr. Carl address some issues in their personal life.
Season 2 Episode 14 "Blame It On The Alcohol" - Principal Figgins teaches the student body about the danger of underage drinking and the Glee Club is personally touched by the message. Meanwhile, Mr. Schuester and Coach Beiste indulge in a little fun of their own.
Season 2 Episode 13 "Comeback" - Rachel tries to launch a comeback into the McKinley High social stratosphere with a little help from Brittany. Meanwhile, Sam starts a tribute band.
Season 2 Episode 12 "Silly Love Songs" - Love is in the air at McKinley High when the glee club sets up a kissing booth for Valentine's Day. Things don't go as planned, however, and hearts end up getting broken.
Season 2 Episode 11 "The Sue Sylvester Bowl Shuffle: AKA Thriller" - Mr. Schuester and Coach Beiste devise a plot to bring together the warring glee club and football team factions. Meanwhile, Sue, desperate to win cheerleading Nationals, launches a dangerous plan to bring home a trophy, and the kids of New Directions tackle Michael Jackson's iconic hit "Thriller"
Season 2 Episode 10 "A Very Glee Christmas" - Finn tries to bring a little holiday cheer to McKinley High, and Artie discovers that Brittany still believes in Santa. Meanwhile, the teachers pick their Secret Santas, and one manipulative coach rigs the gift-giving in her favor.
Season 2 Episode 9 "Special Education" - New Directions performs at Sectionals, competing against the Dalton Academy Warblers and the Warren Township Hipsters. While the relationship between guidance counselor Emma Pillsbury and dentist Carl Howell develops, those of some of the students meet rough patches.
Season 2 Episode 8 "Furt" - Sue's "Nazi-hunting" mother, Doris shows up in Lima to check in on her girls. Meanwhile, Kurt makes an important decision after getting pushed to his breaking point, and Rachel and Finn take a big step.
Season 2 Episode 7 "The Substitute" - When Mr. Schuester gets sick, a substitute teacher (Gwyneth Paltrow) takes over his Spanish class and the glee club, and winds up winning over the whole New Directions clan. Meanwhile, when Sue fills in for Principal Figgins as McKinley’s top dog, she tries to flex her power on campus.
Season 2 Episode 6 "Never Been Kissed" - It’s girls against boys in this episode of Glee after the women leave glee club. Puck gets out of juvie and strikes up a new friendship while Kurt considers transferring to another school.
Season 2 Episode 5 "The Rocky Horror Glee Show" - Will decides to have the glee club perform “The Rocky Horror Show” for the annual school musical after learning of Emma’s newfound love for the cult classic. Despite Sue’s usual scheming, the members of New Directions inject their distinctive style to such timeless tracks as “The Time Warp” and “Damn It, Janet.”
Season 2 Episode 4 "Duets" - The glee club works on a duet assignment, and Finn and Rachel plan to throw the competition so that Sam can have a shot at winning. Meanwhile, a love triangle between Mike, Tina and Artie develops.
Season 2 Episode 3 "Grilled Cheesus" - Finn has an existential crisis when he believes he sees the face of Jesus in his grilled cheese sandwich. Meanwhile, the rest of the kids rally around Kurt after he has a crisis of his own that leads to a larger discussion among the group about their own theology.
Season 2 Episode 2 "Britney/Brittany" - A trip to the dentist for the Glee clubbers gives them hallucinations while Brittany's psyche comes to focus and they sing some of special guest star Britney Spears' greatest hits.
Season 2 Episode 1 "Audition" - In the second season opener, some new faces challenge old ones in Glee club auditions. Meanwhile new and old relationships leave some happy and others alone.
